You have worked hard to become a successful Realtor and now that you have your own coaching company or are thinking of starting one. You don’t want to give away a lifetime of valuable tools, lessons, strategies and techniques for free. On the other hand in the post-consumer market that we live in there are sometimes hundreds of potential solutions presented for every problem that we have, making it difficult to get attention.

In this case the problem would be that they are not achieving the level of success in their Realtor career that they would like. A few potential solutions could be to switch careers, get a second job, hire an assistant, work longer hours, or hire a business coach.
